The secret recipe features specially selected beef shin, combined with fresh vegetables such as scallions, white radishes, and carrots. It incorporates Taiwan's unique bean paste and soy sauce, enhancing the richness of the broth. These seasonings, along with the vegetables, complement each other, resulting in a flavorful and savory broth. Cooking Instruction

Beef  soup:Sachet in boiling water 10-15 minutes. Adding garnish as desired and it is ready to be served.
Noodle:Tear off the cover, and heat up in boiling water for 1 min or microwave 

烹調方式:
將湯料包不拆封置於水中加熱約 15 分鐘,再將麵條外包裝拆封放入滾水中,煮至麵條分開浮起,約 1 分鐘撈至碗中倒入湯料包即可食用。
